It later transpired that many companies selling stoves and heaters have received the letter signed by Pavel Aleksandrovich Zakharov, Director of clone-company “TERMOFOR” (PSRN 1105405008444) established in 2010, where Mr. Zakharov calls our company founded in 2003 a clone and his own company established in 2010 an original company “TERMOFOR”.
Anyone who is, to some extent, familiar with the term "clone" and has elementary logic understands that a "clone" cannot appear before the "original".
Thus, it is the company of Mr. Zakharov that is a “clone”, and Mr. Zakharov is trying to mislead the consumers.
Anyone can visit the official site of Federal Tax Service and easily download an extract concerning our company (PSRN 1035401509010) and the company of Mr. Zakharov (PSRN 1105405008444).
The size of authorized capital amounting to RUB 10000 (ten thousand) adds to “solidity” of Mr. Zakharov ‘s company, i.e. liability limit of the aforesaid company to the creditors does not exceed an average price of one stove.
To compare, the size of authorized capital of our company accounts for RUB 1 900 000 (one million nine hundred thousand).
The sole participant/shareholder of Mr. Zakharov’s company is Mr. Fedyuk A.V. who is hardly familiar to the participants of the stove market.
The largest participant/stakeholder of our company is the oldest in Novosibirsk (and one of the oldest in Russia) machine-building enterprise Engineering Plant “TRUD” JSC established in 1904.
We consider mailing of Mr. Zakharov P. A. as unfair competition testifying to the fact that it is difficult for Mr. Zakharov to compete honestly, i.e. by improving quality of production and services.
The above fact of unfair competition has been the reason for appealing the Office of the Federal Anti-monopoly Service in Novosibirsk region.
