Dear Clients and Market Participants,
Recently a number of reports and videos have appeared on the Internet about a quasi TERMOFOR’s rebranding and its “new brand” TMF.
Such information is not true: TERMOFOR COMPANY still exists (LLC «TERMOFOR», PSRN 1035401509010, founded in 2003) and operates under the well-known brand TERMOFOR (LLC “TERMOFOR”, TERMOFOR COMPANY).
We also draw the attention of the Market Participants to the fact that an individual entrepreneur Bessonov Konstantin Yevgenyevich and a number of other legal entities – clones – who illegally use the trade mark TERMOFOR (e.g. LLC «TMF», PSRN 1105405008444, registered in 2010) for their products were denied such right on the grounds of relevant effective arbitration decisions which are publically available on the official website of arbitration awards: http://kad.arbitr.ru (cases No. А45-27193/2015, No. СИП-716/2016).
Thus the products with a label «TMF» have nothing to do with original TERMOFOR products.
