On April 05, 2017 The Intellectual Property Court (Moscow) accepted the application of TERMOFOR for the recognition invalid of ROSPATENT decision to deny the objections against providing legal protection to TERMOFOR trademarks which were illegally registered by the individual entrepreneur Bessonov Konstantin Evgenyevich.
Besides, the Court has ruled that legal protection of TERMOFOR trademarks belonging to the individual entrepreneur Bessonov Konstantin Evgenyevich shall be stopped.
