We hereby inform you that starting from July 12, 2016 only TERMOFOR LLC (PSRN 1035401509010, date of state registration - July 21, 2003) has the right to produce and sell fireplaces, sauna and heating stoves, boilers and other related products under TERMOFOR trade name (CEO Panshin Alexander Grigoryevich, www.termofor.com )
According to the judgement of Arbitration court of the Novosibirsk region in case No. A45-27193/2015 of April 05, 2016, Termofor LLC (PSRN 1105405008444, date of state registration – 4/6/2010, Director Zakharov Pavel Aleksandrovich, www.termofor.ru) shall stop using full trade name – limited liability company Termofor and the reduced trade name –Termofor LLC in relation to the following activities:
- production and sale of fireplaces, sauna and heating stoves, boilers and other related products/equipment;
- production and sale of the tourism and expedition equipment;
- production and sale of climate control systems;
- research and development in the area of heat engineering.
In case you buy TERMOFOR products, please check the supplier’s PSRN and the date of state registration.
In compliance with applicable laws of the Russian Federation, willful and persistent non-execution of the enforced judicial decision is qualified as a crime.
(ref.: Art. 315 of the Criminal Code of RF). Besides, complicity or participation in an offence is deemed a crime in accordance with Art. 32-33 of the Criminal Code of RF.
